Purchased Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 on Nov. 29, 2009 for $50. Product would not install, only produces error that it is not compatable with my operative system (Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit). Odd since the trial version ran fine.
Anyway sent issue with screen shot of error message to Acronis tech support. (No way to call them.) No response except for computer-generated "we will ge back to you." Contacted the seller Cleverbridge.com who said I must work with Acronis.
SO THEY DO NOTHING BUT KEEP MY MONEY. Generally they do not operate like reputable internet vendors. For example you get no email receipt from the purchase, if you don't print it out at the time you have nothing to prove the sale except the charge on your credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I am sorry you had a poor experience.
You are correct; the current version of Disk Director is not supported under Windows 7.
We have had delays in responding to emails. For future reference, they quickest way to get assistance is to go to www.acronis.com/support and click Start Here. Then choose Customer Service and Chat.
