I purchased and received a bulk order of handmade organic essential oils and sprays from the company named, Quintessentials by Julie Quinn. The product I have received had reeked grotesque bizarre foul odor, that I was unable to resale to my customers without safety concerns. I reached out to Julie Quinn to attempt to resolve the issue, and she made no attempt to provide a solution or provide me a refund. She stated that the product was fine, and did not reek of any odors, after I submitted back original product back to her business address. However, this was a false statement on her behalf, because all of my witnesses complained of the same grotesque smell. Ms. Quinn refused to pay me my money back that I have requested. She simply ignored my complaints and stated she was not going to give me back the refund on my behalf, which is unprofessional and bad business tactics.

Courtney Grate Langdale Hyundai I'm writing on behalf of my relative, Ms. Anita Cole. My name is Irma McNeal. She took her car in for a recall on May 31st and have not received it back yet. She's had to walk to and from work (3.6 miles) in 97 degree weather. This adds to her medical condition of migraine headaches. On rainy days, she has to seek transportation. Not to mention other places she has to travel (grocery store, etc.). Ms. Cole is a Mother of four and a Grand-Mother of two. I think this is not a professional manner in which to treat a Customer.
