I purchased a San Disk product back on 10/01/05 and submitted the rebate immediately. They received and processed it. They told me it was ready for submission to me back on 01/18/06. I never got it and they don't return emails from me. I want to take action against them.

They claim two checks cut, neither arrived.
Now working on third check, dec 27. for August 22 purchase, rebate form received by them 9/22/05.
Refuse to investigate, follow up, show proof of mailing, though they claim to have proof.
