IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET RIPOFF MCI WORLDCOM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANSWER IN WRITING
I GOT AN INTERNET OFFER PHONE FROM A VENDOR IN JULY 2001. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SERVICED BY WORLDCOM.
