Safford Police Capt. Wiessman (i Think Thats Right), Officer Lance Shurtz on july 29th,2008 my 20 year old son shot himself and wrecked (front page new at eastern az. courier), he had been tested earlier that month for stds. all was negitive. but he had tossed the pampletts in his back seat, BTW while his last moments were quickly passing, the hospital admin. told me that a young man needed a heart, i replied yes, the officer claimed he had aids, capt. refused complaint.
