I used a free service newspapers.com to seach a name. Then I found an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $74.90. I never received any solicitation or email from them that I would be charged. I have filed a dispute.

I'm 90 years old and requested a newspaper article from the archives when it said it was free for a few days. My credit card is paid with automatic withdrawal. I was ill in December when that statement came and missed seeing it. I now noticed I had been billed again.

Upon reviewing my bank statement I noticed a charge for $74.90 from ANC*NEWSPAPERS.COM. I googled the company and found out that I am not the only one that has had this happen. I am a mother of two kids, live off of my income alone and can't have almost $80 stolen!
