ANC Newspapers.com Billed my Credit card $74.50 in November and again now. Internet
I'm 90 years old and requested a newspaper article from the archives when it said it was free for a few days. My credit card is paid with automatic withdrawal. I was ill in December when that statement came and missed seeing it. I now noticed I had been billed again.
