my health pro/ my vitanet.com i placed an order on the internet for biofreeze on sept 12, 2011 they took the money from my debit card right away. i still have not received my product. they will not answer emails or cancel my order newyork, New York
took my money didnt receive product after four months. will not answer emails. it has been backordered for 4months. please help me get my money back or the product.
