In 2011 I had a brief fling with a guy in Weymouth , MA . ( We had mutual friends at the Weymouth Yaht Club, )
He had no idea I was affiliated with Massachusetts Bar. He openly admitted to myself in front of 2 other aquaintance friends and his own wife confirmed it ( toasted it ) . how him and a local attorney scammed his brother out of a 2 MILLION dollar vested interest life estate with their mom. I know exactly how they did it and I reached out to his brother through Facebook and told him you could have a seriously good case here. His brother who is an extremly likeable guy and credible appoached his gulit ridden mom who did want out of the life estate and participated in the sceme because she too did not realize the nominee trust brother would get full control. I pushed the brother to file a law suit against his brother for his siblings personal assets with his wife and regain control of the homestead. In 2011 he said lets just keep this to ourselves he just could not put his aging mom through that. Almost three years later he called me the other day and asked me if I could possibly leverage the attorney involved on settlement. Only because he was engaged with his brother again on another LIFE ESTATE with another relative a cousin I think. I did , of course the attorney denied any wrong doing. I also had conversation prior with the notary public witness and i could immediately tell that this might be common business as usual here. That evening i recieved a pizza delivery on the box there was CRYPTIC note IF Escaltes = he would be willing to modest amount. I took it to my now friend and partner who wants to push the clock and see if anyone else has been fooled in weymouth and may want to come forward. At this time we are asking you to hand right your name and contact information and your story. You can still get justice and remain anonomous a very well known promident ethics attorney is looking to bring this forward. Some parties have already sort of admited guilt by hiring their own asset hiding trust nominees and umbrella PUI policys fearing and knowing my friend ( the brother ) most likey knows. There still is retirement income and future wages on the table and the possibility trust would not help as the timing was done purposely to protect and defraud, This can all be validated and confirmed by using the months of November through Christmas week December year ending 2023.
