Adam M. Lett Law Office MONEY HUNGRY INEPT ATTORNEY WHO REFUSED TO HELP CLIENT - MALPRACTICE MADE CASE WORSE Elk Rapids Michigan
BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE ADAM LETT. This attorney promised to assist client with litigation in a probate matter. He neglected to file any responsive pleading for the client - it was the only opportunity for the client in the case. Adam Lett did not timely notify client of Court Orders, Notice of Hearing dates, communication with other attorneys, and refused, failed and neglected his duties according to Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct. Exhorbant and constant billing with no actual work done on the case! Mr. Lett asked me (his client) to file documents with the Court and communicate with opposing counsel. This attorney charged client for time spent discussing his own personal matters and family during her appointment times at $300.00 per hour. Attorney's personal matters more important than his clients. By ignoring his client, he made the matter much worse, did not notify client of his Motion to Withdraw as Counsel (got order to withdraw entered without client's notice) and stole my money. This is malpractice. BEWARE and DO NOT HIRE ADAM LETT.
