Complaint Review: Alexander C. Taylor - CEO of Cox Enterprises - Total Loser - Atlanta Georgia

1) Cox Automotive owns and runs www.centraldispatch.com

2) Cox hates brokers and carriers!   You can not call corporate HQ and speak to anyone at Cox Automotive.   This is why they hate their customers.  

3) They have min. wage employees answer the phones when you call in, they don't write anything down or pass the message forward to the right department.   

4) when the software clitches they don't want to hear it.  You can't reach anyone to complain - you get the dinbat of the day and nothing gets fixed.

Alex Taylor is the biggest loser in the world.  He couldnt' sell a miracle heater than runs on snow to an eskimo.   Everything he touches goes to crap.  

When they make changes to the software every customer is stuck trying to figure out the change because there is no warning or instructions sent to customers about what is happening and what to expect (or how to implement the new changes).    Thousands of small business owners - trucking companies get screws running down the road in trucks.  This company doesn't care.   Idiot changes that don't even make sense to the people that pay hard earn dollars to be a member and they crap on their customers every day.   

Alex Taylor, I pray some truck driver sees your photo on line and runs into you out in the street.    Keep hiding because you made thousands of enemies when you bought centraldispatch.com and screwed it up worse than it already was and you never once talk to your customer base about what we need.   

You would spend a million dollars on bloggers to hide all your negative reviews rather than invest in software engineers that can fix what is wrong with your software.   You suck.  

You hurt hard working blue collar truck drivers every day.   

Thousands of American truck drivers sold their auto transport trailers and now they are moving other types of freight.   

Today thousands of Ukrainian, Russian, Romanian, Beleruse illegal aliens have saturated the auto transport carrier industry.   They use fake insurance certificates, mail boxes etc office addresses, they lie about the driver being able to speak English and worse.  When the police get called because a vehicle has been delivered "damaged",  the police do nothing - stating it is a civil matter.  When you tell the police you have uncovered fake documents were presented and you need the police to identify these corrupt carriers, they do nothing.   When you call centraldispatch and tell them the carrier is working without proper credentials - they do nothing.   "send us an email".... they do nothing. 

If you are on the hwy and see one of these auto transport trucks - steer clear.  If they crash the truck, kill someone, smash every car on the truck.... they will just walk away and leave the truck and cars.  They will buy another truck and trailer and be back in business with no punishment.   That's OK with Central Dispatch, they just want the monthly fee the carrier pays to see the available orders for pickup.   It's sick how Cox will take any money they can despite who it is and they don't care.   These carriers save over $35,000 to $45,000 per year in insurance fees so why not walk away and leave the old truck and trailer behind.   You can't send a summons to a post office box.   These foreigners thumb their noses at our laws in America.  They make the highways 100x more dangerous.

Thank you idiot Alex Taylor for your ignorance and stupidy.   Sell CentralDispatch to someone that will run it right.  Someone who cares about American Citizens, you obviously do not care one bit.   F@#$#K YOU.
