Complaint Review: Tailor Brands - new york new york

The scam is misinformation.  When I signed up with Tailor Brands I was offered services to start a business.  The convenience of using a service like this is that they offer just about everything one would need to start a business.  However, the tactic they use to get you to buy additional services is a "scare Tactic.  I have a screenshot of my dashboard proving this.  All over their website and every time you call their customer service they remind you that they cannot provide legal advise to customers.  

Yet, when I log into my dashboard there are three warning notifications with red circles around exclamation marks warning me that I will owe the IRS lots of money if I do not buy their services.  The following 3 items are directly from my personal dashboard and provided by Tailor Brands.  

1.  "(My Company) is required to collect sales tax in Arizona"  Then when you select it the first line of text is this " Attention - Ignoring this requirement puts you at risk of fines"

2."(My Company) still haven't applied for 5 mandatory licenses and permits" which I currently hold the neccessary licenses and permits because I did it myself for a few vey small filing fees through the state run organizations that require such things. Then when you click on that warning banner you get this. "Attention - Your LLC is risking federal and state fines" at the very top of the page. 

3, Finally, the last warning banner says "ATTENTION - BOI filing for (my company) is due." Then when you select it.  the very first line says. "Attention 10 days left until deadline".  I went to the site where this report is intended to be filed and you can download the form and email it for FREE!  yet Tailor brands is offering to file this for me at the low cost of "$199.00".  ANNUALLY!!!!  It took me five minutes to fill out and submit this form.  it literally only asks for you business contact info, and expected earnings.  This form was created by the state congressional body to catch shell companies in the act. 

Then I spent 2 hours on the phone arguing with their support, asking them to remove the banners because they are mostly wrong and misleading, and to refund 99 dollars for the "Statutory Agent" service they scared me into purchasing.  The customer support rep just repetitively says "we can not provide legal advice over the phone".  When I ask them to provide the state statutes that require me to carry a sales tax permit, which they just repeat that they cannot provide legal advice over the phone.   This is not legal advice this is the authoritative source which they are using to justify warning me over and over again that I am at risk of being fined by the IRS or other government agency. 

Then I started receiving text messages from scammers using the exact same scare tactic.  Telling me my LLC payment failed and I am at risk of being shut down.  I almost fell for it, and I am an IT engineer.  Their customers will not be able to tell the difference between tailor Brands scare tactics and outside scammers.  

I am confident Tailor Brands will respond to this message saying they took some kind of action to remediate this, but if you look at the shear number of complaints that are in the exact same category as this one you will quickly realize they are not being honest.
