AlignerCo. / James Myles provided "negligent" service (his words) then refused refund. Also refuses to provide proof of license. West Hempsted NY
I ordered invisible aligners from AlignerCo. but was unable to use them due to lack of response from their customer service. Their manager James Myles reviews my concerns and stated that they had been "negligent" yet still refused to provide a refund.
When I asked for the full name of the Dentist to file a complaint with the State Of New York, they would only provide the first name of "Dr. Roz".
They are currently being investigated by the State Of New York.
