BEWARE OF AMANDA L. SMITH
I rented a condo from Amanda L Smith for 3 years. The rent was always paid on time.....if not early. I kept the unit spotless !! After I moved out Amanda L. Smith went to court and filed $8000. worth of damages against me.
Amanda L. Smith owner of 15484 Lakes of Delray Blvd , Delray Beach had no written repair bills or estimates, no photographs and no witnesses to substantiate any of her fraudulant claims !!
I had time , date stamped photgraphs of the spotless, damage free unit dated on the day I moved out.
I even had a witness who testified that he helped me move out and none of Amanda L. Smiths claims were true. The witness was highly credentialed as he worked as a professional home inspector for 30 years.
As luck would have it..... the Judge on the case was voted by his peers as one of the top ten worst judges in Palm Beach County FL and awarded Amanda L. Smith damages !! I can't make this stuff up !
