Company signed for delivered and installed a damaged water heater Company also did not provide a written estimate at request Company explained the quote included installation and removal of existing water heater company failed to remove old water heater then company was going to charge for removal that was supposed to be done in quote price company did not remove old water heater and that was what they explained they were doing had to have someone else remove it
