I contacted the service department, Luisa Zhou Support Team, regarding a refund of my payment made with my discover card for $1997.00.
I did not use the service because it did not meet the quality I thought it would. I have contact them over 10 times or more. They are not communicating with me. I feel like I have been ripoff. Please help.

Since you just changed your mind, you are the one who breached the contract. You are not entitled to a refund.
