Arizona Professional Painting Road Rage in Company Vehicle Phoenix Arizona

On Sunday April 21, 2019 at approximately 1pm, I was driving eastbound on Cactus Road in Scottsdale Arizona when I witnessed someone driving a company vehicle with Arizona Professional Painting on the side driving extremely aggressively through traffic.
They were tailgating people, swirving in and out of lanes, and cutting people off. They did it to me, and several other cars. They could have caused a serious accident. This occurred on Easter Sunday.
