Arnold Clark Southampton Arnold Clark Told we missused a van when we went to pick a van for the second time Southampton Hampshire
We rented a van in June and we even paid for unlimited mileage. We took pictures when we got it and when we brought it back in the same condition. When it came to renting again last week we were told in the branch after we already paid that we cannot rent any longer from Arnold Clark as we missused the van back in June.
We asked them why they did not inform us of any problems since then or why we were not told when we done the booking that there were problems but they were not able to provide us with any explanation. We called customer service and they said to us that is nothing they can do!
Would never rent from them again! We had some expectations from this company but it turned out to be just another company that does not value their clients!!!
