On November 13, 2020, ASALYNA*DAILYTRUE 8774988433 WI offered to ship me, free of charge a bottle of CBD Oil. I had to pay only the shipping price of $7.98. The bottle arrived and I saw the charge on my credit card statement: Merchant name is ASALYNA*DAILYTRUE 8774988433 WI. I thought I was done. Now I see an erroneous charge dated November 30, 2020 on the same credit card for $118.88 with a description of "Daily True Advance".
I did not agree to purchase any more products from this company and I have no idea what this charge is for. I did not order any further products from them or receive anything from them. I tried calling but was put on hold forever and never spoke to anyone so I sent them an email asking for a full refund. So far I have heard nothing.

An email was sent today after speaking directly to customer service at TryPureGreen. Com, located in Costa Rica.
I need to provide you and the Better Business Bureau more information because I think there is a misunderstanding.. On November 30, on my credit card activity, under pending charges I found the following entry:
ASALYNA*DAILYTRUE 8774988433 WI
Nov 30, 2020 $118.88

So when I looked up Asalyna DailyTrueAdvance online I found the following website information:
Asalyna Daring Grinds LLC +1 (877) 498-8433 [email protected] 317 South 4th Street #368, La Crosse, WI, 54601, USA
So I wrote back on November 30, 2020 to the email above: [email protected] to cancel the order and get a refund, since that is the company listed on my credit card charge.
As I mentioned, I could not contact you by phone so I tried the next best thing. I can send you a copy of my sent email if that will help. Frank from Customer Service said he does not "recognize" the email which is convenient since he claimed he never heard from me. My credit card company certainly recognizes the charge from the company above.
