They sold me a beat up car a 2015 Honda Civic and I did not find out until later, this year by accident, by their own Collision Center Specialist for which I have a report in my hand. I went down there to discuss the matter with their general manager asking him for a resolution before this issue goes viral. NOTHING!!! He told me that this had happened before he was appointed as a general manager and there is nothing that he could do, that I am out of luck!

That is not a "beat up" vehicle.
The dealer is not required to disclose vehicle history and they may have been unaware of the prior accident. The dealer is required to inform the buyer if the vehicle is a salvage vehicle.
Not fraud.

The left rear passenger side was repaired due to an accident that the car had been involved in and I did not find out until 4 years ago when I took the car in to their own repair facility.

"Defrauded me by selling a beat up Honda Civic"
Specifically, what was fraudulent about the sale?
"They sold me a beat up car a 2015 Honda Civic and I did not find out until later"
You should have observed that at first glance.
