We are funding search company and are fees are non refundable and continuous until a lender is found. This fact is clearly stated on our agreement, that all clients receive and sign.
Sometime funding takes longer according to circumstances. Everyone will receive funding.
We are not ripping off anyone.

We are a funding search agent. We charge a fee, Search Fee, for this service. The client, in this case was made fully aware of this term. The Search Fee is non refundable and there is no time limit. This term is made perfectly clear on the signed agreement, every client completes.
This person was notified of this fact numerous times. We are still searching for a viable lender for this person.

We are a funding search company. We charege a Search Fee to find fundingn for our clients. The search has no time limit on it,, It is cleraly stated on the signed agreement every client must sign that the Search Fee is non refudable.
The individual who filed this complaint was made clearly aware of these terms many times. This is a unfouded complaint,
