Was contacted by my credit card company about a suspicious charge, declined the charge and thought that was the end of it. When I received my statement, not only was the initial charge on there (it had been resubmitted) but there was now a second charge for an upgrade/credit pack.  When I tried to dispute with my credit card company, they said that because it had been resubmitted it was allowed to go through. (still working on this side of it).  I tried to email the company about this fraudulent activity, but they stated in the email that they couldn't refund for used credits. I tried to contact them by phone, but again was told that they couldn't refund for used credits, even though I have not used any of the supposed credits for any purpose. (supposedly the credits are 'leads' for jobs for webdesigning). I explained during both the first call and the second call that I have not at any time looked into nor been interested in web designing, it isn't something I wish to learn how to do, so why would I pay for something that I can't use and don't need? They still claim that they will not refund for used credits, even though I again told them that I have never used them. Their response was they could help me set up the account so that I could start making money off of it. Not helping at all. This is a scam of the first order.
