one day i got disconected from my game and received an email :
Account Action: Account Closure
Offense: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)
i used "appeal penalty" service and explained that i've been playing just like everyday i did during last monthes and have no idea about any kinds of cheat programs even i don't belive there are any that would work and actualy hack an official online game server!! after an hour i resived another email :

now this part is actually very funny which i couldn't decid betwin geting angry or starting to lauph at that moment when i received their respond to my ticket: ((your patience has been rewarded. The closure of the account has been overturned to a 6 month suspension out of nowhere they changed permanent closer to 6 month suspend))
i'm suddenly discounted from my game, lost access to it out of nowhere!, then being "rewarded" to wait for 6!! month to get back to it!! who would even remember the user pass of a game account after 2 weeks.. but again considering how we used to being "rewarded" from ingame activities, i should've expected that much!!
my access to my account has been suspended without my approval or permission or any true explains about the cause! my game account and the game time that i have purchased/earned as a customer, been arrogated and i'm still looking forward to get some answers!! the last respond i resived was:

Fk your bullsh*t policy and security reasons blizzard. you're just bunch of scamers and i will not get scamed again by creating another account or lettig anyone around me deal with this scambag company ever again.
