Yes there was such a thing as testing to determine the competency of any individual as an incompetent software developer can cause property damage, serious personal injury or even death.

Judging by the number of people that have already died in the 737 Max 8 crashes Boeing Aircraft is wrong.

Boeing Computer Services under the direction of Charles Forsyth Senior grossly underpaid me and forced me to work on an undesirable shift as a condition of keeping the job.

Boeing is a racist company and If you are a gifted Latino software developer do not look to Boeing Aircraft for any kind of meaningful career.

This is important to remember as Boeing struggles with their 737 Max 8 airplane disasters. It is not a coincidence that two 737 Max 8 planes have crashed and killed people. I expect many more crashes and many more deaths before this nightmare is over.

Before you can incorporate Artificial Intelligence into any aircraft the computer programmers, programmer analysts and project leaders developing the actual programming code must have intelligence of their own.

The problem with the 737 Max 8 design will probably be traced to illogical programming code. The Boeing 737 Max 8 design defect is suicide by Artificial Intelligence.

After this horrible nightmare experience where innocent people have died it becomes clear that the Artificial Intelligence programming code used on all aircraft should be developed by a qualified software development company.

The Artificial Intelligence programming code should be developed in conjunction with highly trained commercial pilots.

After the skilled commercial pilots are satisfied with the Artificial Intelligence programming code then the system should be thoroughly tested on flight simulators and certified before the software is installed on any aircraft.

Boeing Aircraft has shown interest in space exploration. I suggest Boeing Aircraft stay on their tricycles and let Elon Musk and Spacex lead the United States in space exploration.

New exciting fresh thinking from Spacex is what we need not more of the same stale incompetence that has plagued Boeing Aircraft.

Boeing Aircraft’s negligent design of their Artificial Intelligence may border on the criminal.

Boeing is caught in a classic catch-22.

Boeing’s public announcement that a software upgrade will be released for the 737 Max 8 amounts to a legal admission and proof that a software defect is responsible for the two fatal crashes that killed hundreds of passengers and crews.

If Boeing denies there is a catastrophic software defect their denial would expose even more passengers and crews to death.

A catch-22 is a dilemma or difficult circumstance from which there is no escape because of mutually conflicting or dependent conditions.

Clearly there are catastrophic safety defects in the software of the Boeing 737 Max’s Artificial Intelligence.

Airline passengers and crew expect to be safe.

Discovering at thirty thousand feet that the pilots are battling the aircraft’s controls does not contribute to the passenger’s safety.
