Ordered a facemask from Facebook Ad for this company (8-5-2020). Company stated it had shipped USPS (8-14-2020). Contacted company about not receiving order (8-29-2020). Response..."On the way." USPS returned the order to company because they mailed it to the wrong address (9-2-2020). Asked for a refund but was told they had placed a NEW order "for me" instead (9-3-2020). Sent the company a "copy and paste" from their BBB "company complaints" showing the problem I was experiencing was common with their company and asked for a refund again (9-12-2020) As of 9-22-2020 I have not been notified of a shipping date and company ignored my request for a refund a second time. !!! READ THE BBB REPORT FOR THIS COMPANY BEFORE ORDERING !!!
