Brian Schindler dba / Florida Retirement Home Sales failed to provide accurate and complete information regarding charges and fees necessary to complete a transaction for a mobile home purchase. Specifically, the dealer failed to inform me of the essential details regarding rent, taxes, annual fees, and utility resources. On August 10th, I was told I would receive the closing numbers and was asked to provide my rent receipt. However, the provided information was either inaccurate or incomplete, as the proration of rent was not included in the certified check. Despite my requests for clarification, I only received vague responses, and the correct figures were not disclosed until the closing table, causing significant confusion and inconvenience. This lack of transparency and competence has resulted in financial losses for me. VERO BEACH Florida

By your own admission here, YOU KNEW or YOU ALLEGE there were incomplete figures regarding this transaction. You were provided with certain documents which govern said transaction. All these figures were to be memorialized in writing on these documents and BY YOUR SIGNATURE, you would have agreed to all the Terms and Conditions which were listed. However, as per your own admission here, YOU FAILED to READ these T and C's or you simply ignored blanks on said documents. To agree to the Terms and Conditions, you don't sign the salesman's tongue..you sign the CONTRACT. Again, as per your own admission here, YOU AGREED to Terms and Conditions which YOU EITHER DID NOT KNOW because they were allegedly not disclosed in writing or you didn't bother to READ what you were agreeing to. Bottom line is you have no case. Its not their fault you didn't have the financial common sense to know what you were doing. If Terms are not listed, common sense dictates you don't sign the contract!
