This company hosts 22 properties. Renters Beware!
I rented a cabin for 12 people 3 months in advance and planned every venue and meal to be cooked. I spent an additional large amount of money for decorations and arrived to a very hot cabin. When addressed to the host(s) Elevated Vacays, they sent for a technician to repair but it could not be fixed. Our guests were told at 7pm that the AC would not be repairable and the only offer was not safe for my guests so it had to be declined. I have since requested a full refund after losing money to several food items we could not cook and because I had to sleep outside due to the high tempurature in the cabin. We could not cook inside or use the dryer because it heated the cabin too much. We had to keep one back door open as I slept by it on the porch to watch out for anything trying to come inside. It was the only main source of air.
Several building codes and fire safely violations were found from several windows being inoperable and not safe to escape from during a fire. I expressed my concerns for the safety of other renters and I was blocked. Please be careful who you rent from. Renter Beware!
