Buffer.com Website Says does functions it does not do- useless piece of crap

The social media marketing app on the website claims you can schedule for posts to be made at various times automatically. If there was a way, I would put my screen shot on here. However, I did the free trial and selected times of the day of different days of the week. It did not post at those times but instead one time at the time I created them.
I had other issues with stuff it says it the purpose of the application, ultimately to save you time by doing other stuff at once and automatic, but the customer service confirmed it does not do any of those functions. The rep said it is to make it conveinent but there is nothing convient about it. I still have to manually do everything every time I want it done, including recreating post and such, not just post it selected one already made.
He cannot explain why I am able to select different types since it does not repost at those times. Idiots and Scammer! No purpose in the app! Paying free money to have an account and no benefit. Rep said it does not do any of the stuff, not just not that one thing! Useless piece of crap! They don't have a place to put reviews on google or their website nor do they have a phone number. They know how ugley they would look if they did allow reviews and how much the phone would ring! STAY AWAY! THEY ARE A SCAM!
