The Merchant did not do anything to help me get loans for my business, therefore I suppose to get 100% of my money back. The Merchant clearly says on the check out page, If they can't help me get money for my business after I go through the process, they will refund 100% of my money back.
The Merchant said that I failed to request a refund before my 30 days was up and he lied about that because I have the emails that show the dates. I requested a refund four times. All within the 30 days.
Please watch out for him because he will say and do anything to keep your money rather than honor his refund policy.

You are still telling lies. That's ok because I still got all my money back. I Thank the LORD because you didn't deserve to keep it.
I pray that you do Not do anyone else like that. If you cannot help them, please don't take their money from them. GOD want you to be a Blessing to people, Not a Curse!

We did plenty to help the customer get access to business funding and loans. We even sent her a 30 minute personalized funding plan outlining the exact steps to take, lenders to apply with and how to apply.. she did not follow clear instructions and closed her only personal credit card account which made her credit profile no longer eligible to get approved. Despite not being eligible for a refund, using our resources, time and information, we still offered her a 50% refund, it is only fair that she does not get a full refund as she sabotaged her own chances and used our time and resources which we should be compensated for as it was no fault of our own doing that she couldn't be funded. After we issued her a 50% refund, she disputed the transaction as "Fraud" and claimed she didn't recognize it. She disputed for the full amount despite already recieving 50%, we provided the bank with the transaction showing she was lying about not recieving any refund and they confirmed this and decided not in her favor as they couldn't take her word on anything after they caught her lying about a fraudulent payment and recieving a partial refund. We have over (82) 5 star reviews and plenty of testimonials and this unique situation is not an accurate representation of our business.
