The officers Swarts and Carden made fraudulent collision and supplemental reports against DISABLED and SENIOR VICTIM whose vehicle was hit and spin 360 degree to the metal guardrail dividing interstate 80 west and east bound. Yep, of course they wrote a false report, as there is no way you could be at fault. After all you are a disabled senior citizen. Perhaps you can tell us how the report differed from what you say happened. Perhaps you can tell us why they refused to allow you to exchange information? Did the report have the other drivers information?
How long was it after the accident before the CHP showed up? What kept you from taking pictures before they showed up or are you saying the CHP officer deleted your photos from your phone?
Perhaps the most important question, why would the CHP officer put his job(and freedom) on the line by writing a false report? Does he have some personal vendetta against you? Yes I did say his freedom, because as a public official providing a false report might be considered a crime and be punishable by jail and/or prision time. For some reason I don't think you are that important to them.

The dirty and corrupt Cal Hwy Ptl STOPPED and DISALLOWED exchanging driver/auto insurance info and taking photos of the reckless driver's car, then created FALSE COLLISION REPORT that I caused the collision. After my car was hit and spin 360 degree to the opposite side of traffic at the metal guardrail dividing west and east bound of Interstate 80.
WAIT UNTIL YOU BECOMES THE VICTIM OF Cal Hwy Ptl before making comments against disabled and senior vitim!!!!!!

The Highway patrol singled you out because they have a vendetta against you for what! Nothing. You being disabled and senior (what ever that means) has nothing to do with the fact that you caused a wreck and now want to play the victim.
Don't like the way these individuals conduct business then MOVE to another state because these people put their lives on the line everyday to protect citizens they do not even know.

In the accident report they determined that you were at fault...
Perhaps you can give us some details as to exactly what details of the accident they are covering up and why they apparently have this vendetta against you?
