I bought a new suitcase when I was in Las Vegas six months ago, on october 2019.

The suitcase had a three-year warranty, but at the first time I was using  it, flying back to my country, it cracked and broke on the sides. In October, I sent an email to Calvin Klein and they asked me many questions, they asked for photos and a lot of information from my bank. They said "we would like the opportunity to offer you a refund via bank transfer in the amount of to  a real" .

I have been sending a lot of e-mails with photos and my informations since october and they just answer it: "Your refund is in it final process with  our Finance Department.  Though this process is handled once a week,  I will not be notified when this is sent to your financial institution, or when/how it will be processed. Unfortunately, it is against company policy to give any contact information on employees of the company unless specified.  As I explained before, we can no longer ship outside of the U.S. and Canada.  Therefore I cannot have a replacement luggage shipped to you."

Six months and my refund  never comes!!! Don't buy Calvin Klein Pruducts ! The warranty is not real! It is a disrespect to the consumer. I am totally disappointed! I want my money back!
