BEWARE of this place!! Jorge, the manager has been very aggressive with a power hungry, intimidating way, yelling and even lying about how events occurred. Daniel, the Director is not any better, although not aggressive, he has been very power hungry, intimidating. Alexander Barroso had my 17 year old sign off on work to be done without even checking that he was a minor and that the vehicle was registered to me. They did whatever they did without any authorization, permission or signature from me and they have refused to give me back my vehicle that God knows why they want to keep it at their place overnight with different excuses as to why not to let me have it when it shouldn'thave been there in the first place (payment, no payment, system down...). I have heard with my own ears customers telling them they will take legal action against them & they just laugh at that. They supposedly "fix" something & over & over again the same issues occur & new issues arise. In my opinion, they are the worst place that you can take your vehicle to

First off, you need to know this is a FAKE FEE dealership. They add FAKE FEES to the price of a car which tells everyone HONESTY and INTEGRITY are NOT in their vocabulary! These BOGUS, ADD-ON, FAKE FEES come with official sounding names designed to DECEIVE the public. Such FAKE FEES are often called: Dealer Fee, Electronic Filing Fee, Documentation Fee, Advertising Surcharge, Processing Fee, Service Fee. They are ALL FAKE ADD-ON'S and tell the world what type of people you are dealing with. Why would you even consider getting non-warranty service done at a car dealership? The FRAUD and DECEPTION which used to be confined to sales and finance has now flown like raw sewage on a downhill street into the "shop". What you will find at a slime ball dealer shop are COMMISSIONED PARTS CHANGERS and NOT real mechanics. That you alluded to when you reported cases of problems not being fixed the first time. You are CORRECT in that a 17 year old under Florida Law is NOT of the age of majority and as such, contracts signed by a 17 year old can be adjudged Null and Void. However, this is NOT the place to resolve this matter. Any defense they could mount in Court can probably be viewed as weak. The correct way they should have handled this is to check his ID. So then, where do we go from here? The cheapest option is for you to first type out a ONE PAGE letter which states your son is not the age of majority and you expect them to void the contract and return the car and since he was unable to legal sign, a contract does not exist and therefore you owe nothing and that you expect the car to be returned without damage or missing parts. You make this letter short and sweet, to the point and send it Certified mail, Return Receipt. If they fail to respond, you file suit at Small Claims Court and YOU ACTUALLY DO IT! Can an attorney help you? Of course. You can call an attorney WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN CAR DEALER LITIGATION and see if attorney fees can be included in your claim. In summation, the BIGGEST enemy here is YOU. I think you are sitting on a GREAT CASE if everything is as you stated it was. If you just sit around and do nothing, which is what they expect you to do, then YOU WON'T WIN! I think you need to go for cancellation of the contract, attorney fees and rental car re-imbursement if they won't return your car. Its up to you now. Start looking for legal counsel RIGHT THIS SECOND! In the future, find and use a good independent shop and NEVER set yourself up for PRICE GOUGING and garbage customer service!
