Very Serious Complaint! Back on Saturday, April 1st, 3023, I visited the Cfrenz bar and nightclub at around 8:00 p.m. and there was this latin customer who was approximately 45 years old speaking with a very loud voice who was Definitely Drunk and around 8:46 p.m., he started approaching ME and harassing ME and getting very close to me by Invading My Personal Space.  He was also giving me orders to.leave the bar for No Apparent Reason and this Creep does not even know me, nor do I ever want to know him. He also wrongfully accused me of doing drugs when I have never done them in my life! Moving Right Along:  The situation with this individual was not getting any better and was becoming more and more Uncomfortable and since your bartenders continued to allow this person to continue harassing, tormenting and bothering ME which is illegal in the State Of California, I called the police. Sadly, they don't even answer their phones at the time that I had called them, nor were they working at that time. I guess I was at the mercy of their Uninterested and Non-Caring Bartenders to watch over him and his actions towards me or anybody else even though they did NOT WANT TO GET INVOLVED and it shows! If this would have been at another club, then he would have been moved away from me or thrown out. Moving Right Along:  I did send out this letter of Very Serious Complaint to the owner through his private company Facebook and by email and through the website while I was at the club. Maybe 1-2 hours later, an older man by the name of Stephen Miele and/or Tony Wood in which one (1) of them is the Owner Comes Right Up To ME all angry, upset and bitter and then he tells ME, "How Dare I Write Bad Things About The Club On The Public Facebook" which I did Not!  I sent it to him privately only but this Very Negative Review Right Now Has Been Made Public! Then this b***h says to ME, "How Dare I Use His Electricity And Not Buy A Drink"! My Response:  I Never Used His Electricity because his Internet Connection or Wi-fi Connection was Not Even Working!  He was Definitely Wrong Twice (2x) So Far! Regarding Buying A Drink!  I do Not Drink, but since it was early in the night, I was planning on buying a Non-Alcoholic Drink as soon as their Dancers Arrived which is Only Common Sense! Moving Right Along: After he made out his Wrongful, Angry, Bitter, False Accusations Towards ME for sitting at the other end of the club and Not Bothering Anyone, he then orders one (1) of his doormen and/or bartenders to Kick Me Out Of The Club and 86'd Me For Life, Meaning that I Can Never Come Back There! Final Thoughts:  Basically, the owner's attitude is that as long as he is making money from his Customers whether they be drunk or not, potentially violent and/or disruptive or not, he does Not Care! However, when it comes down to a Potential Customer being Harassed in his establishment and Not Being A Drinker, he could care less because he is Not Making As Much Money! Basically, he could care Less about Humanity, Period! He Only Cares About Your Wallets! I personally would Not Recommend anybody to go to C-frenz based on this Nasty Experience that I encountered! THIS F****** G**F**** WHO KEEPS WRITING REBUTTALS DOES NOT KNOW ME AND HIS CLUB IS FOR DRUNKS ANYWAY WITH PERSONAL PROBLEMS! HE IS TELLING A STRANGER WHAT IS WRONG WITH HIM WITHOUT BEING A LICENSED, MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.

HE IS TELLING ME TO STAY AWAY FROM BARS WHEN I GO MAINLY TO SING KARAOKE AND DANCE AND HIS BAR DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A PROPER DANCE FLOOR.

I DO NOT HAVE ANY MENTAL PROBLEMS AND I AM A PROFESSIONAL, UNLIKE YOU WHO HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO WITH YOUR TIME OTHER THAN TO SIT AND WRITE REBUTTALS BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOBODY IN YOUR LIFE TO LOVE.

I BET THIS MAN ON THE OTHER END IS OLD, FAT AND UGLY!

Howard, maybe you should use your real name, and not "Paul"?  Of course, then everyone would know that you file 10 complaints a week on this site, mostly related to your own mental illness.  Maybe visit a psychatrist and/or start taking your meds again.  And stay out of bars, they are not good places for mentally ill individuals.

Your complaint is petty, not serious.

 

To avoid additional confrontation, a mature adult would have walked away. The police have more important issues than addressing your frivolous complaint.

 

According to your timeline, you were there for 2-3 hours without having spent any money. You were neither a customer nor a potential customer. You were blacklisted because it is not the proprietor's intent to provide free entertainment.

RESPONSES WILL FOLLOW:

1.  Your NOT a paying customer.  That makes you a leech to the business owner.  You stated yourself, you'd spent zero in the establishment, but you were taking up a barstool, listening to the music, enjoying the hvac (ac/heat) of the establishment and required attention from staff to determine you did not want to spend money.  

RESPONSE:  I have money and I am a paying customer; just NOT a f****** drunked up loser like MOST of your customers!  his comments from #1 are Totally Not True!

2.  The individual your complaining about probably spends around $500/wk in this establishment.  Yes, he/she will get away with some annoying tendencies towards non-paying squatters.  Yes, that is what we in the business call those who take up space and are not buying anything.  I wouldn't be surprised to learn the staff put the individual up to the task of annoying you.  

RESPONSE:  You see!  They only care about Loser Customers Who Get Drunk And Blow All Of Their Money At Their f**ked Up, Nasty Bar!  I Was Right!

Again, Who F****** Cares If I Spend $10.00 Dollars, Or $100.00 Dollars?  I am the customer and the Customer Is Always Right!  Duh!

3.  You say you were going to order a non-alcoholic (ice water w/lemon) beverage once the dancers came on.  In other words you were hoping to enjoy the show for free.

RESPONSE:  I never said I was buying ice water with lemon in any of my posts or messages, so the person on the other end obviously does NOT know me and is probably one (1) of their customers who was assigned to annoy Me online!

***I have plenty of Money and I will spend it as and/or how I please!  It is actually NONE of Your F****** Business!

Now, do you understand why you got kicked?  As an establishment owner I'd of kicked you the first time you came in and ordered nothing.  My staff has a no squatters policy.  If your not payin' for the barstool go squat at the bus stop.  

RESPONSE:  Whoever this F*** Up is on the Other End, Go And F***  Yourself!

MY RESPONSE:  as my truthful, negative review states:  i got their slightly early and i was the ONE being harrassed, tormented, bothered, etc. by a SEVERELY, DRUNK LATIN CUSTOMER!

look at how the LOSER turned around my story!   amazingly, NOT Good Liars!

 

I would have kicked you out even before you posted a review on Facebook.  If you don't plan on buying a drink, then what the hell are you doing inside a bar? 

MY RESPONSE:  Another LIE!  why would kick out a customer for doing Nothing Wrong and YES, i got their early and was going to buy a drink once the Dancing Show Started but it was too early to start Drinking and Getting Drunk!  obviously!

 

You sound exactly like the type of customer nobody wants, so I certainly agree with their decision to 86 you.

MY RESPONSE:  Not Sure Who Wrote the Rebuttal from the club, but the person who wrote it obviously has NO Education and NO customer service skills, period and probably Never Went To College, nor Graduated From High School!
