Horrible customer service with zero follow-up. It took multiple attempts to even get a follow up appointment scheduled. Finally ended up with a n appointment with Chase' assistant that lasted about 20 minutes. While I had a good meeting and no complaints with the "assistant" I had outcome that I needed did not come to fuition. The business plan is 2 pages of mishmosh.
There was ZERO follow-up nor were any of my calls answered shortly thereafter to contact me back for scheduling. Finally received my invoice for over $3000+.
Recommend you look elsewhere unless you like excessive waiting, delayed scheduling, zero follow-up and dealing with incorrect or lack of statistics and competitive research for my business plan.
