I ordered an iphone XR from clothsoutlet.com and paypal receipt showed Wendy Roberts Inc. The seller did not provide shipment tracking info to paypal or me. I asked and got no answer. When I told them I was going to file a complaint with paypal because it had been over two weeks and I had not received my shipment nor any response to multiple emails. Then I got a strange email that is an autoresponder in broken English.
I filed a dispute with paypal and then heard that it was denied because the seller said they had shipped the package. This is a lie. The only package I got appeared to be from China. I had hoped that it was the cell phone but it turned out to be some puffy stickers of cartoon tigers. I think this is what they told paypal that they had shipped. So they shipped something but not what I paid for the iphone XR. What a scam and shame on paypal for allowing any shipment to be considered what you actually ordered and paid for.
Buyer beware avoid clothsoutlet.com and Wendy Roberts Inc. When I tried to find their website again, I now see that it is closed down and now available for purchase through Godaddy. I took screen shots of my purchase with their URL and the google result stating the site was closed.
