Complaint Review: Craig Laughlin - Hazlet New Jersey

Craig Laughlin is guilty of bribery .Its been brought up to our attention that this lawyer and and court assigned arbitrator has taken brides threw defendents that have politcal ties so he would get them off .

Mr.Laughlin has been doing this scam on the very down low for years .For instance in a arbitration where  Craig Laughlin was the court appointed arbitrator where the plaintiff was done wrong by the defendent claiming that signtures /autographs weren't real .

That plaintiff showed proof beyond starting with several photo album books about 15 pounds of him with everyone behind the scenes as well as comp passes and tickets and just pictures and credientials that would make someone just go wow .

However Craig Laughlin ruled that evidence out .It gets better than that .The plaintiff also had a forsenic document examiner who has many degrees in hand writing analysis and who has testifed in state and federal cases regarding autographs ,signtures and original documents .

Once Craig Laughlin ruled this witness out as a witness also .The defendent of this matter has always made claims prior to this litagation that his family had ties to political and the ties to have him feel untouchable .

Even thou the defendent had a criminal history he was going threw his political connections to make sure he got off .

Threw mutal acquaintance 's where names don't have to be named here that it was commuicated that for a fee Craig Laughlin would make the arrangement to rule out all evidence against the plaintiff and rule out the testimoney against the witness for the plaintiff .

This was a obvoius set up .After all this it has been brought to my attention that someone else used Craig Laughlin in a arbitration and experianced very questionable actions and rulings by Laughlin .

Craig Laughlin has been getting a reputation here in New Jersey NOT to be used as a court appointed arbitrator .

To addition to the experiance with Craig Laughlin as a arbitrator since the plaintiff has stumbled across the additional information .That factually Craig Laughlin knew the defendant and his family prior to this litagation .

This was found out after the litagation threw a mutal party who knew the plaintiff and defendant .

Craig Laughlin apon the arbitration when the defendent 's criminal history came up Craig Laughlin said to the defendant by saying sorry you have to hear all this .Well Craig Laughlin if this is not showing your cards what does ?

Craig Laughlin you know what is being stated here is the truth .You are deceptive and discriminating .

Craig Laughlin was hired to be a arbitrator in a civil matter .When the arbitration began I sensed a bit of biased condescending remarks to the plainiff .

The plaintiff mind here came in with undisputable proofs in this case .During the course of this arbitration a witness took under oath that was a law officer which was ruled out against by Craig Laughlin the arbitrator that was very prevalent to the case 

.Then we have another witness that showed a time line which the defendent was guilty of the charges on what he was being charged with .

Again Craig Laughlin rules this creditable witness out also .

Then the defendent's criminal history was brought up  again Craig Laughlin rules that out and objects it has anything to do with the case .Which it shows the character traits of the defendent .

Then there was a part of the case on defamation which again Mr.Laughlin was being paid $350.00 a hour by the plaintiff on the plaintiff's dime .

The defendent posted defamatory remarks of the plaintiff on social media which Craig Laughlin didn't have time  to look at because he was in a hurry and this aspect of this case is very black and white legally .Mind it was only 3 pages and it was high lighted and circled for him .

Craig Laughlin then states he will make a decision in a few days .

A few days comes back he finds the defendent not guilty on 11 charges really ?You disqualified a witness who was a law officer and a very creditable witness .2 parties that don't even know each other .

Then for the defamation aspect of it that the defendent/harrassement  was charged with that wasn't even addressed in this arbitration because that man who is being paid in full the arbitrator Craig Laughlin should know what falls under defamation and harrassment finds the defendent not guilty.

Saying we showed no proof of defamation however it wasn't even discussed or even given a burden of proof or etc .Mr .Laughlin lies on this court paper commiting perjury on something that wasn't even stated or discussed and is  obstruction of justice .

Recentley it has been brought up the Craig Laughlin knew the defendent and his family and did this has a favor for the family .He should be disbarred from doing anything as a attorney or a arbitrator .

Additional information on this poor excuse as a attorney of law .Craig Laughlin should be disbarred .Mr .Laughlin has NO integrity has a person or human being .He is conniving and prejustice to others who are differnt than him .
