Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Applied to Currency to finance business equipment.  Talked to  someby called Nick Noriega who confirmed that the comapny is a direct lender and we always the money is coming from them.  Later on we discovered that this company is nothing than a broker who is after collecting funds uprfront in term of initial payment/fee/deposit.  They provide the term sheet right after your application telling you it's approved.  Then they keep you waiting for a month until you find your self dealing with another entity that will provide you the fund.  The new funding company is a part of the game that those leasing or capital or funding companies call themselves.  The new potential funding company will start calling you asking the same question, for the same documents, several time by several people.  At the end they will tell you, OH we need a collateral.  Be aware that all these acts are just to suck you bank account with funds that you never authorized, BEFORE getting you approved or funded. When you apply at any shady leasing or financing company, always be sure on what you sign, have them confirm every thing by email, and never pay a penny untill you see a penny from them.  They creat any execuse or reason to go after your deposit or account.  The mistake we did, is that we  shouldn't be dealing with these shady companies, we had excellent credit history so the bank approved our deal in 3 hours and got the fund the next day.  Be aware also that some businesses started to hire people, may be sitting in other country, to write good fake reviews about them.

Currency is a direct lender. Currency has it's own internal line of products that it sells everyday, thus making the company a DIRECT lender. We do work with other companies and that isn't something that is hidden. A term sheet was supplied after multiple phone calls and email correspondance (can be supplied). The term sheet clearly says that first/last month fee for equipment will be charged at the signing of the document. Once signed, and it was (can be supplied), the customer was charged. The customer wasn't approved internally thus we turned to our partner companies to help find a deal. One of these companies issued an approval which we based the term sheet off of and pitched to the customer. Once we began working, there were many things found wrong with the borrower (Maggy Entertianment) that would limit any offerings. Once we had come to the conclusion we had no possible offers we issued a full refund for Maggy Entertainment.
