Very rude and incompetent staff. I literally set in this office Monday 8:45 a.m. til 11:45 a.m. I filled out a questionnaire and gave a urine sample. Thereafter sitting in a waiting room for 3 hours. Also note that there were 7 pages requesting my social security number. I ask the receptionist "why is my social security number needed"? She stated "for insurance purposes" I then stated that I have my insurance card. With an attitude she replied saying "Well don't fill it out then".
Furthermore, this young woman came in late this morning and was very unorganized. Her behavior was obvious and unprofessional. I suspect systemic racism, racial profiling, and racial discrimination. Upon walking towards the door I stated to the 2 station nurses "I have been sitting in this room for 3 hours" One of the nurses then replied "The doctor is going to see you next". I continued out the door as I noticed many new faces sitting. No one from earlier was around. The doctor had seen everyone but me and I feel offended and totally disrespected. Sitting here for half of their work day. Thank you for reading have a great day.
