We received the statement from citicards.com billing period 12/6/23 - 01/03/24  paged 4 indicated a charge of $65.77 listed   888-744-3379.  I called the number but could not talk to anyone.  On January 24, 2024 I called Citicards.com at (855) 378-6468 and talked with Stephanie at 12:39 PM and was told that dslextreme.com charged us on September 29, 2023 $63.37, October 29, 2023 $63.37, November 29, 2023 $63.37 and on December 29, 2023 $65.57.

     These charges  are invalid because we have not had email [email protected] with them since August 2023.  In addition, they also refused to release to us thousands of email addresses encompassed in [email protected].     As a journalist and tax consultant, I receive email daily from judicial, legislative, administrative departments, news media.....worldwide including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Mayor Karen Bass, US Congresswoman Katie Porter, MSNBC,  CBS.....For  public safety,  health, education and prosperity, we forward the information to others.          I would ask that dslextreme.com and citicards.com to credit us immediately $63.37 + $63.37 + $63.37 +$65.57 = $255.68  Thanks so much for your assistance and consideration

My name is NGUYEN KINH DOANH.  I am a tax consultant and a journalist.

I would like to file complaints against dslextreme.com, telephone number (800) 774-3379, email  [email protected]  and billing@dslextreme

Today, I talked with Mr. Rolando  for 36 minutes 45 seconds concerning my email [email protected].  I request that dslextreme.com to reinstate my email address [email protected]

Mr. Rolando claims that they disconnect my email [email protected] because SPAMMING and SOLICITATION.

In my numerous conversations with Irene, Kit, John, Rod, Michelle, Frulein.....of DSLEXTREME, I EMPHASIZE the following:

1.  I have been their customer for 20+ years and always pay their bill promptly.

2.  As a journalist and tax consultant, I receive email daily from judicial, legislative, administrative deapartments, news media.....worldwide including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Mayor Karen Bass, US Congresswoman Katie Porter, MSNBC,  CBS.....For  public safety,  health, education and prosperity, we forward the information to others.

3.  With technology today, people who do not wish to receive any particular email, they can press on SPAM and DELETE, then they will not  receive any more communication from the person.

SPAM means send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the internet. With  technology today, 

4.  SOLICITATION means  the act of asking for or trying to obtain something from someone.

   If you look carefully email we have sent, to the best of our knowledge, we have not asked or attempted to obtain something from anybody.

  5.  POSSIBLE DISCRIMINATION

      In numerous occasions, we introduce your excellent services to the world.   Since we use [email protected] to receive and send email for a long time and accumulate vital information concerning taxes, safety as well as health issues, your decision would create drastic results.  We will ask appropriate authorities to investigate DSLEXTREME.COM for  POSSIBLE DISCRIMINATION. 

6.  Several years ago, I had 10 email addresses with dslextreme.com. You reduced it to only one:  [email protected].  After you deleted 9 other email addreses, you sent me emai  addresses encompass in these.

Now, Mr. Rolando told me that on Tuesday Septemer 5, 2023 they will let me know their decision concerning [email protected]

We would ask you to send me compilation of email addresses containing in [email protected].

These are very important to our works and career.
