I don't understand, I have purchased a product from them and they will not honor the money back quarantee. After further investigation, I sent to my credit card company a dispute with email proof of duplicity, and above all 22 pages of complaints from customers all over the world. I have provide a complaint to the FCC and consumer report although no one seems to care about all the issues. People are being ripped off all over the world, and have yet to see positive reviews except for Trust Pilot which is a paid organization.
