The United States Postal service is indispensible but lacks the quality and professionalism needed. Lack of training. Employees, supervisors, etc. becoming complacent and have no regards to the consumer whatsoever. These are the kinda reviews I do not like writing. Because I am writing about the rank and file. The ones who move fast and rubber stamp every issue as routine. Like the way to resolve it, is to cover it up. Never considering the possible mental or physical pain inflicted upon others. As citizens of the United States we have a duty to find a platform to express the wrongs that are being done on a macro scale all over the country. I am writing about a lady name "MEREDITH" who once worked at the United States Post Office 7617 N. Paulina Chicago Illinois 60626 for over 30 years. I wrote this complaint last year August 30, 2023. To my knowledge this post office is now closed. Let me tell you a little about the protocol, cover up, and dropping the ball here. Over the last 5 years the United States Post Office was getting relevant complaints directly and via various review sites about this lady "Meredith". Combined serious complaints is like 87. Don't believe me??? Type in the post office location 7617 N. Paulina Chicago Illinois 60626 and google reviews for this post office on different sites. For the respect of this site I will not mention any other platforms. Nevertheless, we are talking about "Meredith" stealing people packages, not shipping out packages, hostile, belligerent, disrespectful, etc. No customer service skills, no proper etiquette, and the list goes on. Just think...if there is approximately 87 people complaining, there are probably about 800 victims. 90% usually lack the knowledge, resource, or time to file complaints. Now lets delineate, elaborate, and be a little more technical about "Meredith" and her cronie's. If you have read this far...and if this information may interest you. According to the policy and procedure a civilian must file a complaint via Form SF-95 and send it to "FEDERAL TORT CLAIMS ACT SECTION TORTS BRANCH, CIVIL DIVISION U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE P.O BOX 888 BENJAMIN FRANKLIN STATION WASHINGTON D.C. 20044. After filling out the form and providing the pertinent information, such as Chicago Police officer badge numbers, location, time, beat, body cam info, etc. August 30, 2023. I received a call from a lady identifying herself as Tyranna customer relation coordinator 312-983-8426. She stated that she was assigned to my complaint. I get a lot of scam calls so I was hesistant, however, she was word for word verbatim about the details of my complaint. She stated that she was going to contact the post office supervisor and get back to me. This went on for about a month. Come to find out that the Washington office forwarded my complaint to the post office whoI was complaining about. Giving them time to clean up the video, and stall for time as I was waiting for the "Foia" freedom of information act to come back. After figuring this part out...livid to say the least I went to 3510 S. Michigan Avenue police station in Chicago to file the "Foia" complaint because the information did not come through when I did it online. December 20, 2023 I received a letter signed by C. Lynch freedom of information act officer. (STATING) A search, based on the information provided in the request, has produced no records, I am sorry. Therefore, there is no responsive records to your request. You may consider contacting the US Postal Service manager at the branch where you were denied entry. To me this is entrapment. Why would I go back to the post office where I filed a complaint. The whole attitude in the beginning was off. I did not and was not going back. So now in the first part of November 2023 I am sending the SF -95 to Kimberly Hughes Tort Claims Coordinator 1720 Market st. Room 3015 St. Louis, MO 63155-9998 314-436-6714 fax...which is another thing. Serious issues and there is no direct phone number to call anyone. I get a letter from Kimberly Hughes dated November 14, 2023 stating that my form was not done correctly. She also requested medical records relating to name age and address of patient, history of condition and date and history of accident as described by the patient. Result of x-rays and date taken; diagnosis, describing character and extent of injury, contributing factors, including any pre-existing condition having a bearing on the alleged injury; and prognosis, including the length of time of any partial disability and extent of such disability. I sent a certified letter including everything she requested the next day. Her letter was professional. I got a good vibe from it and from C. Lynch and others as well. To them its just business and the way it goes. This is why I say that everything was pretty much rubber stamped. And Tammie Wheeler should not have ignored this issue
