Este proyecto Inmaculada, producción de Oro, está ubicado en el territorio del Pueblo Indígena de Huallhua y Caserío Casma Palla, región Ayacucho, Distrito de San Javier de Alpabamba, Provincia Paucar del Sara Sara, República del Perú.

Primer Convenio de Servidumbre Minera de fecha: 23-Nov.-2009, por 25 años.

Segundo Convenio de Servidumbre Minera de Fecha: 9-enero-2019, por 20 años.

Estos Contratos o Convenios fueron firmados por representantes de la C.C. de Huallhua y  la empresa Minera ARES SAC. del Grupo Hochschild Mining PLC. London. U.K.

Estos Convenios fueron firmados, aparentemente por representantes autorizados para tal fin, Alberto Bailetti W. y Noé Vilcas Munive, pero luego de una revisión de los documentos, se ha establecido la falsificación de firmas de los Comuneros Calificados, certificado por Peritos Grafólogos, y por esta razón  se ha presentado una Denuncia por Nulidad de Acto Jurídico, [Exp. 19092-2016], el Juez encargado no se pronuncia o resuelve este caso, porque la presión de la empresa minera es muy fuerte en el Poder Judicial del Perú, igualmente en el Congreso de la República y el Poder Ejecutivo, por el sistema corrupto que impera en el país.

Lamentablemente, por esta vergüenza nacional, de corrupción generalizada e injusticia en el Perú, este Pueblo Indígena Huallhua y Caserío Casma Palla Palla, han decidido comunicar al mundo la Violación a los Derechos Humanos que es víctima por esta empresa minera de origen Inglés,  Hochschild Mining PLC. A partir de esta fecha emitiremos un Informe Mensual, por todos los abusos, violaciones, etc., que han ocurrido y actualmente se realizan atravez de los Ejecutivos de la empresa minera Tomás Rivas Cruz, Gustavo de Vinate a Bellatin y otros, quienes manejan las políticas de la empresa al mejor parecer del CEO, de la empresa Eduardo Hochschild Beeck, quien se encuentra muy preocupado por acumular más su fortuna, millones de dólares diarios que le produce el Proyecto Inmaculada, sin importarle la vida de los seres humanos que habitan en los Pueblos de Influencia Directa de este Proyecto Huallhua, Casma Palla Palla y Huancute.

Este Proyecto Inmaculada, no  genera Empleo, Desarrollo, etc., pero si una fuerte contaminación del Medio Ambiente; aire tóxico, agua, tierra contaminada por los residuos o relaves mineros que en forma irresponsable son hechados en las vías de comunicación de los pueblos, la institución inmediata de controlar estas irregularidades es el MINEM, inactive por tratarse de humildes campesinos, indígenas, y analfabetos {no saben leer ni escribir}. Por estas razones, estos pueblos indígenas han solicitado al Gobierno Central la paralización inmediata o cierre de las actividades del Proyecto Inmaculada. Seguiremos informando capítulo a capítulo en los siguientes meses, con fotos, declaraciones de las víctimas, testigos presenciales, y personas ciegas que han perdido la vista por consecuencia de ataques del personal de esta empresa minera que viola todas las disposiciones legales para la ejecución extractiva de minerales, Eduardo Hochschild,  se ubica en tiempos de la Colonia, como amo y señor de estas tierras.

The mining project implementation known as "Project Inmaculada", known for its extracting production of natural gold, located in the territory of Indigenous lands of Huallhua & Casma Palla-Palla within the region of Ayacucho (District of San Javier de Alpabamba - Province Paucar del Sara Sara - Peru)

 First Easement Agreement of Mining Service date: November 23, 2009 - for 25 years.

Second Easement Agreement of Mining Service date: January 9, 2019 - for 20 years

These contractual agreements were signed by representatives of the Community of Huallhua and the mining corporation ARES SAC of the Hochschild Mining group - London, United Kingdom.

Additionally, the legal agreements were signed, allegedly by authorized mining corporation representatives to achieve project rollout, the aforementioned involved were: Alberto Bailetti W, Noe Vilcas Munive. However, after a series of reviewing documents there was a confirmation of falsified signatures albeit certified by graphologists , and this reason it led a Complaint for Nullity of a Legal Act has been filed, [Exp. 19092-2016], the Judge assigned in charge did not rule nor resolve this case due to pressure from the mining company. The effects to escalate in other judicial departments has been very strong in the Peruvian branches, as well as the Congress of the Republic and the Executive Branch, due to the corrupt system that prevails in the country.

Unfortunately, due to this national shame with widespread corruption and injustice in Peru, the indigenous Huallhua community and Caserío Casma Palla Palla, decided to communicate to the world the Human Rights Violation that they are victims of this mining company of English origin, Hochschild Mining PLC. From this date we will issue a Monthly Report, for all the abuses, claims, and  violations that have occurred and currently being carried out through the Executives of the mining company: Tomás Rivas Cruz, Gustavo de Vinatea Bellatin and team. The communities are mindful and aware who manage the company policies, and represent opinions of the CEO of the company; Eduardo Hochschild Beeck. Edward Hochshil's company has been very concerned about accumulating millions of dollars a day that the Inmaculada Project produces, without being fully environmentally compliant and socially responsible on the lives of the human beings who live in the Towns such as Huallhua, Casma Palla Palla and Huancute.

In terms of corporate responsibility and development within the local vicinity, Project Inmaculada has not generated Employment, Development. Moreover, it did generate strong contamination of the Environment such as : toxic air, water pollution, land contaminated by mining tailings that are irresponsibly dumped in the natural routes of the towns. The institutions that monitor irregularities is the MINEM, but have been inactive due to the social and financial argument that humble communities, and other indigenous people do not have the financial and political influence to request appeals and actions to acquire protection. For these reasons, indigenous peoples have requested the Central Government to immediately stop or close the activities of the Inmaculada Project. Lastly, we will continue to report chapter by chapter in the following months, with photos, statements from victims, eyewitnesses, and blind people who have lost their sight as a result of attacks by the personnel of this mining company that violates all legal provisions of the extraction of minerals that Eduardo Hochschild granted his managers to pursue.
