I was dining at a restraunt in Long Beach Clifornia while a man and a woman came up to me and made a comment on my Spiderman shirt. Edward Palwick told me that he was at the premier etc... he began going through his phone and showing me picture of him with celebrities and I asked what he did and he told me he primarly invests and funds films. He then sat down at my table with my wife and I and just kept talking and showing us picture after picture.
His wife Mindy Palwick was continusely looking around the restraunt and I could see her purse was stuffed with what looked like dinners rolls. After speaking with Edward Palwick for about an hour he told me he could invest in one of his films and he would e-mail me a few scripts that I may be interested in. Edward Palwick got up from my table and went over to a table where a young couple was sitting, Edward Palwick went over and took the remaining dinner rolls off the plate and handed them to Mindy Palwick and she shoved them in her purse. I thought this was very strange.
A few days later I was sent a few movie script by Edward Palwick and I told him I would invest. Edward Palwick told me he needed to raise 4 million dollars and asked if I could invest that much. I told him I could invest 200,000 dollars. Needless to say I invested 200,000 dollars with this guy and sevral years later no movie and no return on my investment.
I am going to take legal action against theis man and his wife now. Stay away from Edward Palwick and Mindy Palwick with Source 1 Entertainemt......... they are frauds and liars!!!

These allegations are not at all true. The person making these phony allegations is fake. Nothing about these allegations ever happened. We have never met anyone in Long Beach or anywhere wearing a Spider Man Shirt. I have an idea who wrote this fictitious story.
