Emily Gabay Ne Emily Morrad, a local resident of two three zero one four Dolorosa Street in Woodland Hills, CA. is a heinous criminal. Emily Gabay Ne emily Morrad and her husband, con artist Yosi Gabay and their daughter Lev Gabay are a band of scammers, theives, real estate fraudsters, and worse yet, child predators. Theur daughter, Lev Gabay willingly helps them in their daily fraud schemes by acting as the "innocent" lure to bring in unsuspecting families and their helpless children, so that Yosi Gabay and Emily Gabay Ne Emily Morrad can prey upon, drug, influence, traffick them in the most dirtitest ways and create lasting trauma, all in the name of huge cash profits.
Emily Gabay Ne Emily Morrad and Yosi Gabay then funnel and launder the cash profits through their many business fronts, such as 21st Centurt remodeling Inc., LEM Group LLC, and other phony businesses. Emily Gabay Ne Emily Morrad also uses her real estate licence to further mold the housing system and con and scam people out of their hard-earned savings.
Clearly, with their daughter, Lev Gabay, this is a family operation.
At this time, Emily Gabay and Yosi Gabay have not been entered into any child predator crime registries and Emily Gabay has evaded disciplinary action on her real estate license, ONLY because they know how to game the system. They know how to evade justice. This is not unusual. Many reprehensible criminals get away, at least for some time, with their disgusting crimes. This does NOT mean that they should not be held liable and held accountable. And it most certainly does not mean a lack of guilt. They are indeed guilty in every way, form, shape. And the public should be aware of these dirty criminals.
