She likes to buy things online and then immeidately dispute them in order to steal them from you. She buys thinks and then immediately avoids you at all costs. She will wait until the item is delivered, so that she knows she has the item and then immediately begin ripping you off.
Dont waste your time with this bi*ch with collections and everything else, just send her sorry a*s directly to a collection agency, put the debt on her credit report, and file charges against this bi*ch with the El Paso Police Department and the USPS inspectors office. She will hide in the tunnel in which made her come to the US in the first place! Con Artist!
