Evolve Vacation Rental Network, Inc. Refused to refund my money during a COVID-19 pandemic that has forced us to cancel trip Denver Colorado
I made several attempts to request a refund both phone and email but the company is unwilling to to refund money for a vacation rental during COVID-19 stating there is no exception to their policy on the VRBO site.
VRBO SITE SAYS THE FOLLOWING:
Cancellation policy
- You may cancel your booking at any time, however all amounts paid are non-refundable. Evolve is not authorized to make exceptions to these terms.
