You know that things are pretty bad at an establishment when an employee tells a customer that the Manager can't be trusted .

That's what happened to me at the Buford location of My Eyelab in July . I sat through 3 eye exams , 4 pairs of glasses and they still couldn't get it right . After 8 trips there I finally asked for a refund and was informed by the manager ( Armin Rivera ) that it would have to be approved by corporate . I spent a month trying to track him down and left messages trying to find out the status of my refund none of which were returned . When I finally got ahold of him he told me the refund was approved . 2 months later , still no refund . I called customer service 5 times , was put on hold 5 times and disconnected 5 times . I tried to find out who the Regional Manager was so I could take my complaint to him ( her) but was told that they cannot give that information out . I filed a dispute with the credit card company and the manager lied in his response saying I never came in to pick up the (4th pair ) of glasses . Truth is I did come in and again , they had botched the prescription and the glasses were useless . I even wrote the CEO who apparently condones lying and dishonesty from his underlings because he never wrote back or even sent me a form letter .

I hope this review makes you think twice . I am out $675 . If you roll the dice with these crooks don't be surprised if you get burned . I went to Visionworks , got a good deal and they got it right the first time. Avoid My Eyelab or you'll only have yourself to blame . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !
