Atlantic Development, Felix Nihamin and Frank ferrari has stolen millions of dollars with false claims and false investments. They set up corporations and take investments to develop properties and promise a return of the profits upon the sale of the properties. They sell the same deals to multiple investors and keep the initial investments as well as the proceeds fro the sales.
