Rhodes <[email protected]> 10:01 PM (10 minutes ago) to bcc: support Feng Dong is a nationwide con-artist and scammer and has ripped off multiple women and men for Apple iPhones, Apple iPad, and other related Apple products by meeting victims like myself off the website OfferUp.com. I was scammed and ripped off for my iPhone by Feng Dong with counterfeit US currency. Multiple women in Nassau County, Florida area as well as mainly Gwinnett County, Georgia area have been scammed with the same technique of meeting up offline to purchase an iPhone and then receiving fake U.S. currency during the transaction.
On the evening of February 9th, 2024 I met Feng Dong in the parking lot at Walmart in Lawrenceville, Georgia and I sold him an Apple iPhone 15 and Apple iPad Mini for a total of $1000. He took my stuff and gave me $1000 of all fake U.S. currency. I have filed a police report, filed a FTC complaint, and have been contacted by the United States Secret Service. The police have identified the 50 $20 bills as counterfeit currency. Feng Dong has done this multiple times and has pending charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument and has tried to pass fake bills in Gwinnett County, Georgia. The bills confiscated were checked through the "U.S. Secret Service US Dollar Note" website as "known counterfeits." The Georgia State Patrol sent the $20 bills to the United States Secret Service for further examination. Feng Dong is a predatory con artist and fraudster who rips off hard-working people for cell phones. Feng Dong operates his scams with phone number/iMessage and email address. Feng Dong drives a white Honda SUV and bounces between Callahan, Florida (Nassau County) and Suwanee, Georgia (Gwinnett County).
