My experience with Florida cash home buyers

Florida cash home buyers now, – also known previously, to name change, Florida cash home buyers Inc, and now they just use.  Florida cash home buyers. I Wonder Why? You can see it on their website, they will probably change it again, their name now is FL Cash Home Buyers, LLC - They keep switching their name around, to hide their scams, they did in the Past years, to other Property owners, and their social injustice done, to other property owners and seniors. They think their Cool!  Be very aware of these real-estate predators and poachers!  95% of all these so called cash real estate investors change their company names, several times, because of all the social injustice, they’ve done to previous property owners.                         And it is not cash, cash is green; it’s a lure, and false advertisement. No one is going to pay cash, hundreds of $1000s of dollars for the sale of a property, in cash, it’s just a lure!  And the ones, who offer you a cash advance, it’s just another lure and lie. Especially with seniors, now in this time and age, that’s how they lure seniors for cash advances, have them sign contracts of all kinds, and then they do not give them the cash advance. Scammers have been doing this for years, with all kinds of different investments.                         That’s why the government in acted in 2010.  The Adult Protective Services Act. Scamming seniors is against the law!  That is what seniors have to look forward to, in this system they call Freedom! At the end of their Lives. Absurd! Who knows in what state of mind those seniors were in. and could not defend themselves?     Fl Cash Home Buyers, They think their cool!    It could have been someone in your family. Something they work for all their lives. Fl Cash Home Buyers. They think their cool!   I spent over two months doing research on all these so called cash investors, their all scammers, maybe 5% may be  legit, if that, and they all try to get you to sign contracts for your property, over the phone, without even seeing your property.                      

There is a reason for that, in Florida, property owners are not protect, unless you write your own contract, which is what I would recommend to any property owner, after all my research.  Remember in Florida property owners are not protected,   unless you write your own contract..  It’s very easy to do.                 That’s what FL cash Home Buyers, does to Scam your property. Write your own contract use your own title company.  When selling your property!  It’s your property.      

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Fl Cash Home Buyers are real estate predators and poachers, scammers, who take advantage of seniors, and ANYNOE they can get them to sign property contracts.        

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       And they use the court systems, to intimidate, and take advantage of seniors, and their properties, to run property owners out of their homes. To make hundreds of $1000’s on your property.                                   Without doing anything. You can do that yourself.                                                  

They come in to your property, acting like their going buy your property. They never mention verbally, that they’re going to sell your property to someone else, and reduce the price by tens of thousands of dollars, which you’ll end up losing hundreds of thousands of dollars. They even ask you to sign a Limited Durable Power of Attorney, for your property.  Limited Durable Power of Attorney, Are only really for family, or someone you have in your trust, or some kind of will, someone you have dear to you.                                      They lure you with a cash advances on their website.         

They never give to the property Sellers, I never sign contracts, the only reason I signed, was because of a cash advance, and because they remove their bad Reviews and write-ups on the internet in their past years, with other property sellers, and they were on rip-off report as Florida Cash Home Buyers inc. and in my search for their reviews, I look for Florida Cash Home Buyers LLC. And it was not relevant in the search; it did not show. Rip-off report does not remove their reviews. The other review business Do. That’s why I always go first to Rip- off report. They are the master blasters. I would have never sign contracts. If I had seen their bad reviews!  Fl Cash Home Buyers Does False advertising, Uses deceptive business practices, beguile seniors, which is against the law. Fraud, (The adult protective services act.) -  They had no money to buy the property.  Their whole system is a scam.  They have one sales guy, come to the property, and then they switch you to another guy on the phone, and another guy on the phone, to keep you confused and see how they’re going to scam you, and once you sign the contract, they don’t call you back. And then This Gabriel Garcia call you and offer you $50,000 less, that is on the contract. He has other people doing his Dirty Deeds.

And the sales person that came to the property acting like Gabriel Garcia’s partner, Stating to my face, that they can’t lower the price on the contract, it’s all a scam and a lie! And they call you acting like other investors, to see how much they can low ball your contract. There just trying to see, whom they can sell your property to.  And pocket all your properties money. And that you have to except it.  It’s your property. Blackmail! Scam Artist!  And their proof, of their funds are fake. And they claim that there are other owners on your property tile, and whatever lies they make up as they go along. To buy time for their deceptive scam practices and tactics. And they use a title business that is not neutral to the sellers selling process.

They have no Money to buy properties.Real estate investors with no money. And they breach the contract, and they use the court systems to plant you with a lawsuit. Do Not do any business with these Scammers.                                                                                                                                                                           And most of all those reviews on their web site are fake.  They just use some good ones. The salesman guy that came to the property said they had sold thousands of homes. They have 167 Google reviews, they are short a few 1000s. And Google reviews are not written that way. They have no transparency.                           The better business bureau is a membership you pay for.   Scam Scam Scam.
